Welcome to episode 5 of the Boss Your Q4 series!

Today we’re wrapping up the series with a short guided meditation audio and affirmation pep talk to help you start Q4 in the best way possible. 

This is WAY out of my comfort zone, I have never done anything like this on the podcast before… but I thought this was the best way to end our series by getting you all prepped and ready for Q4.

This is part of the Boss Your Q4 series specifically, but it’s also perfect to listen to any time you need a pep talk from yours truly. 

Ideally, I want you to sit down and be really present listening to this guided meditation because I want you to feel some of the things I’ll be saying to you.

I promise this will be 5 minutes of your time you’ll be so glad you spent that time for yourself and your future.

I would also encourage you to have your journal by your side so that after you’ve done this meditation, you can write down how you felt or anything that’s coming up for you immediately.
