Why I am finally launching a program that has been years in the making

Alright, let's dive into the new program – the Embodied Boss Collective. The name means a lot to me. This has been years and years in the making. I came up with this concept and structure back in 2020. I remember sending out private invites, everyone came back and said no and then I found out I was pregnant with Jacob, my firstborn a few days after sending those private invites.

It was literally the universe saying ‘Not the right time right now’. So it feels like a full circle moment and it feels very personal that I get to bring something to life that has literally been on my brain and in my heart since 2020. It's so wild.

The Embodied Boss Collective is designed to give you every single thing you need to achieve more of your goals and increase the completion of your most needle-moving tasks so you can grow a sustainable, profitable business that is designed to put your life first.

Now what I will say is that this programme isn't for business beginners. This is for established business owners, product and service-based business owners who have already had clients who have made sales, you're more established and mature in terms of your online business. So the really cool thing about the embodied boss Collective is that it's a way of life. It's an experience. It is founded on three core pillars, content coaching and community which are also my three biggest passions when it comes to my career. So here's how it's going to work.

At the core of the Embodied Boss Collective is my 90-day game plan system. The mission is to turn your big business dreams into a rock-solid 90-day action plan. Every 90 days, we dive into an online retreat together. In the first session, we'll dissect the past quarter, and in the second, we'll craft the game plan for the next 90 days. It's your first step to confidently stepping into your CEO role. Then, every month, we'll have planning sessions and our live weekly prep meetings. These, along with the 90-day retreat and monthly planning, make up my triple threat method, ensuring you know exactly what to do week by week to hit your goals.

Map is where you plot your marketing and sales strategy using my six P marketing method, ending with your fully mapped-out 90-day game plan on one page. Meet introduces your Boss Progress Score, a key part of the program. We'll track and boost your execution score through weekly prep meetings.
Move is about implementing your plan, course correcting when needed, and aligning your identity with your goals.

This program isn't about drowning you in hours of training. It's all about implementation. There are material review tools, and at the start of every 90 days, you submit your plan for review. As you complete it, submit it again for your Boss Progress Score.

When I can see the improvement in your Boss Progress score, you will unlock the vault. The vault is an ever-growing collection of resources and teachings on all areas of your business. It will be jam-packed full of training, workshops, and resources that I will keep adding to based on your feedback and conversations we have in the collective.

Now, how do we get there? It's all about having a plan and a strategy – the boss part is having a plan, and the embodiment part is putting that plan into action and becoming the badass you're meant to be.

For me, it's not just about business; it's about who you are and your whole business ecosystem. Being an Embodied Boss isn't just a mindset; it influences how I make decisions, think about business, and strip down unnecessary fluff.

And I get it; talking about planning and systems might not be the coolest topic, but founders need to focus on profit, not just ego or fancy metrics.
