Weekend Reading | On Amazing Food & Home Life

Wow, what a whirlwind week it's been! You know when you're just mega busy but in a really good way? That's been my week. First, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me this week. If you don't know, I revealed to you all on Tuesday that I was slightly changing the direction with this blog. It was nervy being that honest with you, but once it was out there it was like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I couldn't run this online space without you and I'm feeling really positive about where to take it in the future.

It's been GCSE results week so naturally, working at my new job at the sixth form college has been absolutely mental! But I've been really enjoying myself - I hope your week has been full of positivity and productivity too!

So with a change of direction I realised, these weekend reading posts don't have to just stick to blogging resources do they? Which is why today I'm rounding up the best posts of two other big loves in my life - food and interiors. Enjoy!

Weekend Reading | On Amazing Food & Stunning Interiors

If you've looked at my saved posts on Bloglovin' recently, you'll see that I saved A LOT of recipes. I'm trying to get into cooking more you see. One of my favourites that I've come across is this Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef from The Recipe Critic. Slow cooker recipes always work out well and let's be honest - how mouth-watering does that beef look?

I've always been a fan of Rebecca's blog but over the past few months I've fallen in love with it even more. Recently, she posted about having the best night in of your life - take note everyone!

It was bread week on GBBO this week so naturally, when I saw this recipe on A Beautiful Mess I bookmarked it immediately. Baking weekend anyone?

Stephie has been blogging about her journey to becoming vegan for a while now and it's so great that she's started sharing recipes. Everything she cooks looks amazing - especially this roasted broccoli with a chilli sauce. Get on my plate right now!

Something I can't wait to create when Tom and I move into a house is a gallery wall. Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere pulled together some great inspiration.

Not only do these veggie burgers look delicious, they're also PACKED with protein. The Minimalist Baker does it once again!

Are there any recipes you've been loving this week? What has your favourite blog post been? Let me know in the comments!
