day 1: decide what you’re launching and why

For day one of the challenge, you’ll be making your very first key decision: choosing what you’re going to launch and why.

By the end of day one, you’ll be feeling super-clear about what sells and what doesn't sell and how to determine what to launch next in your business based on your personal and business priorities. We’ll also talk about the benefits of planning ahead and how to make a solid (yet flexible enough) plan work for YOUR business. From there, everything else will start to fall into place.

day 2: get clear on who you’re launching to

For day two,  I'm going to show you how to discover your Ideal Customer Avatar (ICA), that one perfect customer that you should be thinking about as you create all the assets for your upcoming launch. You should NOT be creating any content, especially launch content, if you aren't super clear on who this person is and what it is they want and need from you.

To help you see how much you already know about your ICA or where you might want to dive in a little deeper, I'll ask you five questions that will uncover this important information (oh yes, there’s going to be homework involved!)

day 3: decide on the type of launch you want (your launch strategy)

Now you know WHAT you’re launching and who you’re launching to, now we can decide which of the three launch styles best fit your offer and ideal customer - which is exactly what we’re going to figure out on day 3.

Selecting your launch strategy will give you clarity around what content to include, the results you’ll promise your customers, and how long your launch period should be - and no matter where you are in your entrepreneurial journey, one of these types of launches will be the perfect fit for you.

day 4: create your launch timeline

Are you ready to do a bit of reverse engineering? I've found that by deciding on where you're going and how you're going to get there is the key to moving forward with confidence and ease.

So, before you pre-sell, before you craft an amazing pre-launch plan, and before you have an insanely successful launch… we first need to put some dates on the calendar. On day 4, that’s exactly what we’ll do and I'll show you how to map out your dates for various different launch experiences.
